Kuwait – Mubasher: The ownership structure of Humansoft Holding reported that Al Imtiaz Investment Group has sold, through a subsidiary, 0.81% of its stake in Humansoft.
Thus, Al Imtiaz’s stake was decreased to 23.57% from 24.38%, according to a statement.
Al Imtiaz has sold 990,000 shares in Humansoft, with a market value reaching KWD 2.7 million or KWD 2.7 per share.
